A glimpse at the process:

Step 1 - Apply 

A real person will review your resume and evaluate whether your experience and qualifications match the opportunity you’ve applied for.

Step 2 - Initial Pre-Screen

This is a chance to learn more about SKY ENGINE AI and share your story. Our HR Team will get in touch to schedule a time for a conversation.

Step 3 - Technical call

Depending on the role, we may ask you to join a technical call to assess your skills. Alternatively, we might send you a recruitment task and provide a set amount of time to complete it. This helps us gain insight into your problem-solving abilities and how you approach different challenges.

Step 4 - References and CEO call

At the final stage of the recruitment process, you will be invited to a CEO call. Depending on the position, we may also ask you to provide contact details for at least two professional references.

Step 5 - Offer

Our HR Team will present you with an offer and wait for your feedback.
